[Bug 32089] Can't create appointment (select date problem) in Evolution

Description:
Trying to create a meeting or an appointment in Evolution gives an error
when saving.

Validate error: Start date error.

(Actually, in Norwegian: Valideringsfeil: Startdato er feil.)

Then it says "Invalid date value" and whatever I try to change the date
or close the window gives the same errors.
