[Bug 31331] [Dapper] Partitions mounted with option user are no longer shown on desktop

Well all mounted partitions, that were not mounted under /media or didn't have the option user in fstab (vfat and ntfs filesystem), simply got no icon on the desk and/or didn't show up in places.
That way you could hide/show the partiton by mounting it to a different mount point or adding/removing an option in fstab.
