[Bug 32674] there should be an ubuntu-artwork-usplash package

Description:
If you install kubuntu-desktop or xubuntu-desktop, their splash screen
will be installed. However, there is no way to revert to the default
ubuntu splash screen, which is very nice. Please provide a package to do
so.
