Comment:
The arrow are used for keyboard scrolling (try to zoom on an image and
use them), no reason to change that. You can use ctrl pageup,pagedown
fro next previous and ctrl-R for rotation. I'm rejecting the bug. Feel
free to argue and reopen if you disagree
