[Bug 33083] dragging a link from firefox to desktop displays wrong mouse pointer

Description:
files can be downloaded by dragging the link from firefox to the desktop
(or a nautilus window).

in the past you were given an option as to whether to download, but now
it defaults to downloading it.

however the mouse still displays a question mark, implying that a
question will be asked, rather than a + sign to indecate copy.
