[Bug 33103] Dapper Drake: Gconf-editor does not show menu icon like it should

Description:
OS: Dapper Drake (Ubuntu 6.04), daily build downloaded and installed on 2/27/06.
Gconf-Editor version: 2.13.90-0ubuntu1

Under dapper drake, the gnome configuration editor (gconf-editor) does
not show a menu icon. As such the only way I can access it is by running
"gconf-editor" in a shell. I am not sure if the icon was left out on
purpose, but in Breezy Badger and Debian, installing gconf-editor has
always created a "Configuration Editor" short-cut under either the
System Tools or System>Administration menu.
