Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/33192
Affects: libgnomeui libgnomeui-0 (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
Description:
In one of the gnomeui packages that was in the update today is a bug
that makes the permissions in the right click > properties > permissions
tab > blanco
E.g.; When you open the permissions tab, at all times the little white
squares are empty. When you try to change the settings, the squares
blink for half a sec, and then turn blanco again, but the permission
itself is actually set.
Sorry for my bad english, but on this page there is a better explanation
incl. a screenshot.
http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=137589
Note: i guess the bug is one of the gnomeui packages of today due the
facts 1) that the bug wasn't there yesterday, and came after the update,
and 2) there are some lines about permission in the details of those
packages.
Hope it was usefull, and that you might take a look at it.
Thnx.
