This upload fixes the issue:

 epiphany-browser (1.9.4-0ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream version:
     - When in automatic mode, update the treeview to reflect
       currently selected encoding.
     - Add include subdirs for broken distros. Add plugins.symbols
       to EXTRA_DIST.
     - Improve "gecko not found" message
     - Put a marker in the environment to detect when we launch
       ourself as a helper app.
     - Zoom on Ctrl-=, Ctrl-KP+, Ctrl-KP- too.
     - Always center dialog on screen.
     - Show warning on mixed content in the tooltip.
     - Add some code so ad blocking should be more easy.
     - Use a gtk stock cursor (GDK_HAND2) instead of already removed image.
     - Fix a compile warning.
     - Install the fonts schemas file too.
   * debian/control.in:
     - Recommends firefox-gnome-support (Ubuntu: #21589)
   * debian/patches/03_ac_init.patch:
     - updated
