Thanks for your bug. You can use gnome-ui-properties to set the toolbar to have
the text beside the icon or the icon only. You can also edit
/desktop/gnome/interface/toolbar_icon_size (there is a bug upstream asking for
an UI to configure that key: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324264)
Does that first or the second way fix your issue?
