My version of Evolution:
   2.4.1-0ubuntu7
My version of Ubuntu:
   5.10 on Xeon EMT64 (64 bits)
   5.10 on a Pentium 4 (x86 32 bits)
Both boxes contain all updates and
I see this consistently on all folders on both machines.

Notice -- and perhaps I did not explain myself clear --
that out of the three panels (folder tree, table of
messages and message text) it is the message text that
remains empty.
