[Bug 28556] all mail is detected as spam, even when marked as not

Description:
I'm not 100% sure if really all my mail is detected as spam, but i know
for sure at least 9 out of 10 are. This isn't really a problem since (i
think) the system will learn about what mail is spam and what not. After
a few weeks of setting mail as not spam everything still ends up in my
spam folder.
