[Bug 29237] (EXCHANGE) scanning folders stalls

Description:
I'm seeing this happen repeatedly in Evolution 2.4.1

I'm running a fresh install of Breezy Badger, and I haven't connected to
Exchange before on this machine.

The status bar at the bottom of the window reads:

Scanning folders in "Exchange server www.mydomain.com" (...)


and stays that way for a while (20 minutes and counting on this attempt).

If I try to close Evolution I get a popup telling me it's not responding
and I have to go in after force-quitting and kill evolution-data-server,
evolution-exchange-storage, and evolution-alarm-notify as they are
zombied.

Any pointers or requests for particular tests are welcome.
