[Bug 29490] Gnome-panel does not disown its children

Description:
Start a couple of apps by clicking icons in the gnome-panel.
Kill gnome-panel (or wait for it to die of it's own buginess).
It kills it's children too ... that's stupid. It should disown them
after launch.
