yes! but it's a gnome-session bug which also causes a system reboot...
the backtrace is similar to the one I posted. should I post it too?

look at this I've discovered new things:
shut down + x = gnome-panel crash
door + x = nothing
door + x + x = dialog closed
door + x + other button such as cancel = gnome-session crash + reboot
