[Bug 29673] [dapper] Run dialog (alt-f2) is not brought to the front

Description:
When I hit alt-f2 the run dialog appears below my other windows
(needless to say - without focus).

This started happening a few days ago.

Sorry, I have no idea where to file this bug, so metacity was the usual
suspect :-)
