Description:
nautilus 2.13.4 dapper, spatial and browse mode
I selected preview files always under 5mb

I see a preview of all *.png files, but only a few *.jpgs have a
thumbnail, and the ones without are like 35kb, 150 kb and so on in size,
definately under 5mb so they also should have a thumbnail.

I get the same behaviour with eog when using its Image Collection view.
