[Bug 29822] hal hangs on startup

Description:
During the boot, hal takes hours to start. Moreover I have errors:
"run-parts: /etc/dbus-1/event.d/20hal exited with return code 2".

In gnome I get an error too: "Internal error failed to initialize HAL!"
