[Bug 29893] Epiphany only supports HTTP Local bookmarks

Description:
Currently, Epiphany only supports HTTP Local bookmarks. Local bookmarks
are bookmarks discovered by DNS-SD.

I've created a patch that enables Epiphany to also use HTTPS and FTP.
