[Bug 30120] "Monitor Library" doesn't support gnome-vfs

Description changed to:
    "Edit>Prefrences>Library>Library Location" dialogue box does not
    offer/support gnome-vfs shares e.g smb, ssh, ftp etc.

    All other "Open/Location" dialogue boxes do e.g "Menu>Import
    Folder".
