[Bug 30176] Nautilus opens a browser window on error

Description:
If you use the location dialog (CTRL-L) to try to open a network service
(ftp://localhost, for instance) and the connection can't be made and
error dialog pops up AND a browser window opens to your home directory.

This behavior is new in dapper.
