[Bug 51569] Thumbnails are created for all video files, regardless of size (limit)

Public bug reported:

Nautilus creates preview icons for all video files, even if there's a
size limit set in the preferences (Preferences -> Preview -> Only for
files smaller than .... kB/MB).b

I have totem-xine installed instead of totem-gstreamer.

My installation is Dapper, with all the latest upgrades installed (clean
install with /home from 5.10)

     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
