[Bug 51660] "Look up" with smart bookmarks opens results in new window

Binary package hint: epiphany

When right-clicking selected text and selecting "Look up" with a smart
bookmark, Epiphany opens the search results in a new window.

Default behavior should instead be opening results in a new tab, or at
least there should be an option (even though options are disfavored,
this one seems important).
