[Bug 52065] link tooltips go offscreen

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

Use a page with many tooltips (like Ubuntu forums). Move mouse over a
link as far right as available. Tooltip expands to the right, and part
of it moves offscreen becoming unreadable.

Regular application tooltips exand to the left in similar cases.
