this upload fixes the issue:

 gnome-system-monitor (2.15.4-0ubuntu1) edgy; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream version:
     - No more compile dependency on libselinux.
     - Process arguments with line feeds are now escaped.
     - Displays scale on graphs. (Ubuntu: #18251)
