[Bug 52817] unable to access Users and Groups site as owner and adm.

   This is Laurie Kirk, aka hezychast at yahoo.com. I have reported numerous instances of my former husband's successful intervention in my computer's functioning.
    After coming home from several days in the hospital, I find I'm unable to access certain parts of the computer, specifically the Users and Groups file. I have gotten uncorrupt CDs to reinstall the program three times now; apparently I need to do so again. Isn't there anything that can be done to sanction or otherwise discipline this warped predatory wretch?
