[Bug 53503] "server not reachable", in evolutions offline mode

When i switch evolution to offline mode, still every few minutes a popup
opens, complaining there is no connection to the server.

In offline mode, i do not expect to get a error message about missing PING to the server.
Anyway the sentence is not a good one, bad translation probably.
