[Bug 53595] Nautilus/gnome incorrectly reports it's writing data to CDs on eject

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

1. Insert a CD
2. Right click the CD icon on the desktop
3. Click eject

A progress bar will appear with the explanation "Writing data." This is
confusing to users who will think that they've accidentally made changes
to their read only CD. Usability issue.
