[Bug 48031] Window appears in taskbar as "untitled window"

Public bug reported:

Open "Networking", select an Ethernet interface with DHCP and click
"activate". A window pops up that appears in the taskbar with "Untitled
Window". I'll provide a patch when I get back home...
