this upload fixes the issue:

 gnome-panel (2.15.90-0ubuntu2) edgy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/control.in:
     - rebuild with the new evolution-data-server since some sonames changed
     - Suggests fortunes-mod, it's used by the fish applet (Ubuntu: #45545)
