That bug has been fixed before dapper with this upload:

gtksourceview (1.6.1-0ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low

  * New upstream release:
    - Updated Lang files (php, ruby, perl, xml, .desktop) (Malone: #35277)
    - Consume all button press events on the line numbers margin
    - Updated translations
