[Bug 54435] 'help' button doesnt work

i opened alacarte:
  Installed: 0.9.2-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 0.9.2-0ubuntu1
to test a different bug, and clicked 'help'. this button doesnt function. i dont know if its related, but launching from a terminal gets this responce:
