[Bug 54655] Can't add songs with special characters (e.g. '\&') to playlists

Public bug reported:

Can't add songs with special characters (e.g. '\&') to playlists.

This is a known bug (along with the fact that rhythmbox often crashes
when you drag songs into a playlist, then click on the playlist) in
rhythmbox 0.9.3.  Many such bugs are fixed in 0.9.5.  Can't 0.9.5 get
added to dapper instead of each user downloding the source and compiling
it?
