that bug is fixed to edgy and to dapper-updates with that upload:

 libgnomeui (2.14.1-0ubuntu3) dapper-updates; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/01_fix_gnome_icon_entry.patch:
     - patch updated with some changes from the CVS, fix some warnings and
       fix the dialog automatically closing when typing a path (Ubuntu: #45819)

The icon list bug is a different one and the CVS has a patch for
something that looks like it
