Thank you for the info provided. If we need more we will ask. the reason i rejected the bug is for lack of information and this bug is over a month old with no comments. Please read "How to report bugs effectively",

so this doesnt happen in the future. Thank you for your time. Is your system up-to-date? What version of gnome and what version of ubuntu does this happen on?
