[Bug 39119] Re: Sound recorder disables the capture device after a second recording

Yesterday I downloaded Dapper final release. I got exactly the same
problem - after each recoreding "capture" is disabled automatically and
I must reenable it manually. Horrible. Is there some fix for this?
