Thanks for your bug. A bugtracker is for bugs, not for programming
questions, please use an user mailing list or a forum or
https://launchpad.net/support to ask questions on how to build a
program. Marking the bug as rejected since that's not one. As pointed by
the other comment you when to use pkg-config to gets the right compiler
flags for that. You probably want to install libglib2.0-dev too
