[Bug 48582] Addressbar does not get focused when opening a new tab.

I quite miss this feauture in epiphany. It is a big loss of usability
and speed when you open a new tab with ctrl+t and you have to grab your
mouse and click into the addressbar and then enter the address.

If the addressbar would get focused when opening a new tab, one wouldn't
have to use the mouse before entering the address. That would be much
faster. it is the same behaviour in firefox.
