[Bug 48602] "Save Current Setup" is missing

Public bug reported:

There is no "Save current setup" tick box on the logout screen of Dapper
as there are in previous versions.  It doesn't matter if System->
Preferences-> Sessions-> Session Options-> "Ask on logout" is checked or
not.  This is the same behavior on two different installations of the
Dapper gold version.
