[Bug 48610] No dialog when remote host ident. has changed

When trying to open an SSH network server connection with GNOME to
browse files on the remote system, nothing happens after double-clicking
on the icon if the host identification has changed since the time that
the entry was added.

If I try to connect to the system with the ssh client, something like
this would pop up on the console screen:

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is

Please contact your system administrator.

GNOME should have something like this built-in, to at least alert the
user that the connection will not open up. Optionally, it should allow
the user to continue connecting, updating the entry in known_hosts.
