[Bug 48652] screensaver starts when changing time

Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver

steps to reproduce:

1. go to  System/Administration/time and date
2. change the time forward with at least the amount of time set for the screensaver to pop in 
3. press ok
the screensaver should now start
(i have noticed this behaivor also in gaim, seting the account to idle)
