Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: ubiquity
This is a UI issue.
The buttons on the install can't be clicked unless you move the mouse
off of the button and then back on.
Repeat Steps:
- Boot from the Ubuntu 6.06 desktop i386 cd.
- Run install from the desktop.
- On the language screen, use the mouse to click the forward button, don't move the mouse pointer after clicking.
- The screen will change to the location / time zone screen, wait for the screen to come up completely and the forward button to enable.
- Without taking the mouse pointer off of the forward button, try to click it. The click isn't recognized.
- Move the mouse pointer back away from the forward button, then back onto the button and click. This click will be accepted.
The behavior applies to both the forward and back button and on the
other pages of the install.
** Affects: gtk+2.0 (Ubuntu)
Importance: Untriaged
Status: Confirmed
