[Bug 49085] Trash can icon often doesn't change to appropriate theme when playing with themes

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-themes

When playing around in the theme manager, I noticed that when I changed
back to Human, the trash icon did not change back to the standard orange
trash can.  When changing themes some more, I noticed sometimes the
trash icon would change seemingly at random, and other times it would
not.  Now that I test it out, the trash icon doesn't change at all.
