How to reproduce bug:
1) Make new directory with special chars: $ mkdir ~/"i love Ubuntu <3"
2) Make file: $ touch bar
3) Zip the file: $ zip foo bar
4) then move file foo to dir we maked in step 1: mv foo.zip ~/"i love Ubuntu <3"
5) now try to extract it with file-roller.
