[Bug 49154] HP PSC 1350 Printer not added in Printers

Public bug reported:

Trying to add a new-printer in system-administration-printers, runned
the wizard, and not produced any error except that the new printer was
not found. Run the Cups manager (http://localhost:631/admin/) and same
thing happened. Here's the errorlog
