[Bug 49204] GNOME clock applet uses erroneous format for Spanish

The clock applet uses an incorrect format for the label in Spanish. For
instance, now my applet reads

"sáb jun de 10, 01:38"

whereas the correct ordering would be

"sáb 10 de jun, 01:38"

The day (10) and the month abbreviation (jun) are reversed. "de" means
"of" in Spanish.

Locale-related environment variables are:

LANG=es_ES.UTF-8 at euro
LANGUAGE=es_ES.UTF-8 at euro
