[Bug 49301] Cannot send or recieve files in jabber network

I'm using the Gaim 2.0.0beta3

I cannot send or recieve files in jabber network.

If both sides use Gaim nothing happens at recievers side
If sender use another jabber client, the transfer dialog opens in Gaim, but transfer never start.
