I get that same error with that link (on Ubuntu Dapper), but at other
times I just don't seem to have a suitable codec.

For instance, this link

gives me a "You do not have a decoder installed to handle this file. You might need to install the necessary plugins." error dialog.

But I'm pretty sure I have all the available plugins (in Ubuntu Dapper)
installed.
