[Bug 49794] Inhibit Gnome Power Manager from suspending while ripping

Public bug reported:

All sound-juicer has to do is call a simple dbus method when ripping
starts and a simple dbus method when it's finished. This way Gnome-
Power-Manager doesn't auto-suspend or power-down while sound-juicer is
ripping a CD.
