[Bug 39087] Sound Preview function requires vorbis-tools installed by default

Public bug reported:

Both Nautilus and Konqueror are able to provide sound previews.  These
will not work with Dapper's ogg sample files unless ogg123 is installed.

Expected behavior:
You hover the cursor over  kalimoto-miracle-lemon.ogg in the example content and hear the song play immediatly.

What is happening in Dapper flight 6:
Hovering over kalimoto-miracle-lemon.ogg or any other ogg file has no effect and the 'Sound Preview' check box in Nautilus' Preferences makes no sense to users.

ogg123 is in the vorbis-tools package and should be installed by
default.  Especially if Totem and Sound Juicer are preconfigured to play
and rip to ogg.
