[Bug 50209] new layout for logout-dialog

recently I found this mockup by jimmac:

I think it has severala dvantages over the current dialog:
1. it sticks closer to upstream so its not such a radical change
2. you dont have to hove the buttons to see the tooltip
3. integrates the "save session" option
